This project consisted of the Replacement of (2) nominal 200 ton water-cooled chillers, (15) existing
chilled water and condenser water pneumatic control valves/actuators with DDC (direct digital control)
ones and replacement of (2) existing 2-pipe fan coil units serving the existing chiller room. The project
also included Addition of 6” emergency chilled water piping and connection to existing chilled water piping
loop, addition of (5) new chilled water and condenser water DDC control valves and addition of temporary
cooling skid and temporary power.
