Mr. Roque joined Turpin & Rattan Engineering, Inc. in 1998 with over ten years of prior experience in the engineering and design of commercial, governmental and institutional facilities. Mr. Roque’s responsibilities include project management, engineering cost estimates, design and technical specification writing, shop drawing review and field observations.
Mr. Roque’s engineering experience includes telecommunications facilities, education facilities, public service buildings, libraries, commercial centers and hotels. He has demonstrated experience in the design and specifications of low voltage distribution systems, emergency, standby systems, UPS systems and DC power plants, fire alarm and detection systems, intrusion detection and access control systems, lighting, lighting controls and dimming systems.
