Mr. Kraut joined Turpin & Rattan Engineering, Inc. in 1981 and since that time he has progressed to a senior design engineer and key staff member. He has maintained a positive working relationship with the San Diego Unified School District since 1988. His skills have been developed through decades of experience, continuing education and attendance at electrical design review courses established by the firm. His electrical designs are both practical and constructible. Meeting deadlines, developing clear accurate drawings and specifications, cost control, and a complete understanding of the electrical systems specified and designed are a few of his strengths.
In addition to his vast portfolio of work for commercial, institutional, telecommunications, retail, and public entities, Mr. Kraut has completed electrical designs for hundreds of new schools, and school additions and modernizations throughout Southern California. Clients include San Diego Unified School District, Cajon Valley Union School District, Santee School District, South Bay School District, National City School District, and others throughout southern California. Mr. Kraut works closely with all team members during the design process to ensure project coordination, quality control, submittal timelines and overall client satisfaction.
